Dr Will Tuttle is the author of the World Peace Diet.
He has been vegan for decades and speaks all over the world on how vegan food can bring peace to ourselves, our families and the world.
A journey from the East Coast of the United States to the West Coast took a very interesting turn as Will Tuttle stopped at The Farm in Tennessee, a community of 900 who were eating vegetarian. (actually vegan but so many years ago the term vegan wasn't used)
Will continued across the US ending up in California. Dedicating lots of time along the way to mindfulness meditation his inner journey was also taking off.
Since those days, over 40 years ago, Will has gone on to write the best selling book World Peace Diet and he continues his journey to now include speaking all over the world.
